6 Steps To Ordering Stone Countertops:>
Step1) Call Us or Go to our Contact Page. We will need to setup an appointment to view the project (Free of Charge) or, if
you prefer, we will need schematics faxed, emailed, or described over the phone. Please do not worry if you are
not sure of color, edge, sink type, or other such items; We produce quotes using basic colors and edges
seperating out all options for you to choose from, dimensions are the only vital info needed to produce a quote.
Step 2) A Quote will be produced the same day measurements are received. Options are seperated out from base counter
quote, allowing you to pick and choose from plumbing reconnect, various sinks, faucets, tearout of existing tops,
different edges, different colors of stone. Once you have a quote sent to you by email, fax, or a physical copy
handed to you, we can begin narrowing the options down together. If you know exactly what you desire from the
moment you contact us, your price quoted will be the one you may hold us to, however most people are undecided
on stone until the Handselection which brings us to step 3.
Step 3) An Appointment is set to meet at our suppliers wharehouse or our fabrication plant. We will pick the actual slabs
for your project at this time. The purpose is to show our customers all the choices of stone (internet will never show
the true beauty of stone), We Handselect the best slabs, pointing out imperfections sometimes not noticable to an
untrained eye. We also discuss price variations to base quote.
Step 4) Slabs are to be chosen, quote is finalized at moment of selection, and a 50% deposit is required at this time. The
Template (Appointment for Precise Measurement) is scheduled at this time. Your slabs are then immediatly
purchased if at our suppliers facility & sent directly to our Fabrication Facility.
Step 5) During the Tenmplate, Page 2 of the contract (Page 1 being the proposal itself) is handed out discussing technical
details that vary with each project; Projects never begin without first discussing with customer every aspect of the
project which could create issues if not having first been informed....We leave nothing to the imagination.
Step 6) On the Install Date, Jobs vary in length, however, on average, install should take 4-8 hours. A sign off sheet is
submitted to customer for approval of "Job Well Done". Final Balance is collected. A testimonial receives a free
bottle of S-34 Sealer. Our installers are "In House" and paid upon your satisfaction. Many of our Installers receive
tips, something we do not promote, however not uncommon....We are extremely proud of our expertise.
